Old Photos: James and Ruby [Bean] Jenkinson, July 3, 1926

 Last night I finished scanning all of my late mother-in-law Norma's old loose photos -- 1,189 of them, to be exact.  I'd begun thinking that big plastic bin full of pictures must surely be bottomless!  

Here are her parents, James and Ruby [Bean] Jenkinson, on their honeymoon.  They were married July 3, 1926.  James would die in 1943, somewhere around 50 years of age, leaving behind six children, the youngest being only 2 or 3 years old.  Norma was 5.  A seventh child had earlier died at age 2 by drowning.
