Editing photos in the camper at the RV Park in Crawford, Nebraska
There was only one other camper here.

Two-tone house, two-tone truck!
Mule deer
This is a part of Nebraska that's called 'Windmill Country'.
The windmills are short, because the strong winds of the Sandhills would tear a taller windmill to shreds.

Mule deer -- and look! Two big bucks are fighting!
Pelicans are on the lake.
Black Angus
Wild turkeys
Since we were here last week, a wildfire burned about 15,000 acres of the forest, taking down the 4-H Lodge, too.
Our first view of the damage from the wildfire. This the the north edge of it.
Equipment used to fight the fire.
Firefighters worked hard to save homes -- and got the job accomplished, too. But just look how close that fire was.
This is where we pulled in last week to have supper and to fill the camper's water tank.
