Our first snow of the season started during our annual Thanksgiving dinner at our church. Afterwards, we drove to Lake North to see the many bald eagles that converge on the area when migrating ducks and geese land on the water for a rest before continuing on south. I don't imagine it's all that restful, though, with a dozen and a half bald eagles soaring overhead!
