In one of the little blue spruce trees in our front, a robin built a nest. She has two little babies in there. It was hot when I took these pictures, and the poor little birds were sitting in there with their beaks open. I kept the birdbath fresh, and saw the mother robin splashing in the water often that day.
They're way back in the shadows of that thick little tree, against the trunk; so that's why the pictures are a bit dark and grainy. It's only in the final picture that you can see both babies. The chicks fledged, the second day after I took these shots.
