Sewing hanging sleeves on quilts in preparation for the quilt show in Hill City.
Do these look like dressmaker shears to you? They're utility scissors. The hanging sleeve for this quilt was too long. These scissors might be all right for cutting Styrofoam and vinyl, but they weren't so great at cutting fabric! It looked like I sawed it off with a butter knife. I turned it under and hand-stitched it down, and no one will ever be the wiser.
