Today I had an appointment with my eye doctor in Lincoln. My oldest daughter Hannah came with me. After the appointment, we had lunch at the Bánhwich Café, then went on to Prairie Meadows in Omaha to pick up a Bible case of Loren's that the staff had found. The Bible had gone AWOL, but the case had a handful of pictures in it, including one of an unknown man in a sailor outfit, circa WWII. I gave it to a lady at the front desk.

Blooming trees are beginning to blossom in Lincoln! The city is just far enough south of Columbus that their trees -- and Omaha's, too -- always bloom first.
Hey, look at the hay!
