Larry and I are riding the Polaris RZR on the Dismal Trail in Nebraska National Forest near Halsey.

Larry's removing some of my paraphernalia from the RZR in preparation to squirreling around in the sand.
No, I didn't get pictures of him -- because I was taking a video of him with his cellphone.
Goldenrod
There's what he did with my camera case, to keep it out of the sand. 😅
Verbena stricta, also known as hoary verbena or hoary vervain.
Videoing whilst a-drivin'
"Moo goes there?!"
See the solar panel?
Have you ever taken a close look at the back of a Black-eyed Susan?
Nothing's wrong; he's just changing the suspension in hopes to make the ride a bit smoother.
Soldier beetle on Black-eyed Susan
Uh, oh. Another Soldier beetle is coming over the top...
Coming closer...
And closer... and then... Big, Bad Bug Fight! They ain't called Soldier beetles fer nuttin'! (But they made the flower sway, and my one and only photo was blurry.)
OHV Hill Climb
And... we're back! Larry is reloading the RZR on the trailer.
Now we'll head toward Merritt Reservoir west of Valentine, Nebraska.
