Yellow Eastern Tiger Swallowtail

I was taking some photos of a yellow swallowtail on the lilacs when he suddenly spotted a Mourning Cloak on a nearby lilac cluster -- and he proceeded to attack it, and then chase it away!  I didn't know they were so aggressive with other species, though I have sometimes seen butterflies of the same species fuss with each other.

I only got one shot where you can actually see the butterflies, and it's not a very good shot, at that.  Three antennae and one body are in focus... and that's about it.  It's an overcast day, so my shutter was a little too slow for the fast action of the butterflies.  Click to enlarge.
